Used T-Bolt Uprights

T-Bolt pallet rack is a heavy-duty industrial storage rack system used in warehouses, distribution centers, and commercial storage areas. It is similar in function to teardrop style pallet rack systems but uses a bolted T-bolt connection between beams and uprights for extra rigidity and load security.

Key Features

• T-Bolt Connection System — Beams attach to uprights using T-shaped bolts and nuts that thread through the beam connector and upright, creating a bolted joint instead of a hook-in/boltless design like teardrop racks. This increases stability and load-holding reliability.

• Superior Rigidity & Strength — The bolted connection minimizes beam disengagement and provides greater structural rigidity, making it especially suitable for heavy loads or high-seismic areas.

• Front-End Installation — The T-bolt design allows installers to insert and tighten bolts from the front of the rack without reaching deep inside the upright column, speeding installation.

• Adjustable Beam Heights — Beams can be positioned on vertical centers (typically 3″ increments) to customize shelf spacing for different pallet sizes.

• Durable Construction — Roll-formed or structural steel uprights and beams coated for corrosion resistance enhance longevity under rigorous use.

• Modular Expandability — You can add more uprights, beams, or decking as your storage needs grow.

Typical Uses

Ideal for warehouse pallet storage, industrial racking, and heavy-duty shelving where security and structural integrity matter. It’s helpful where load weights are high or where pallet rack will see frequent repurposing or relocation.
